Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping to the UK is temporarily suspended while our VAT registration is completed. We hope to resume shipping to the UK in early January, 2021. Please send us a message if you would like to be notified when UK shipping resumes.

I really want to order, but international shipping is so high! Is there a cheaper option?
Sadly, no. International shipping is simply not cheap. There are Amar&Riley resellers in Australia and Canada. You can find their information listed on the Stockist page. They may carry the products you wish to purchase and shipping from them will be cheaper and faster.

Do you accept returns?
Products in new condition and in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of order date. Products in new condition and in original packaging can be exchanged for credit towards another purchase within 90 days of original order date. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I think my order was lost in shipment. Can you send a replacement?
An order is considered lost when it has not been delivered 3 weeks from the shipment date. If your order is shipping to a location outside the United States, it is considered lost when it has not been delivered 3 months from the shipment date. Shipping delays are normal at this point in time. Thank you for your patience!

My order shows it was shipped but tracking doesn't show any progress. Was my order actually shipped?
Your order was tendered to USPS on the day you received the tracking information. If you received a shipping confirmation email, your order was shipped. Zero exceptions. Missing or incomplete tracking information is common at this time. The USPS system is strained and occasionally parcels are not scanned at all the normal points along their route. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

My order is a gift. Can you not include a receipt?
In an effort to reduce paper waste, invoices or packing slips are never included with orders.

My order is a gift. Can you include a gift message?
Absolutely. On the "cart" page there is a field for order notes and you can write your message there. You can also email me your message after your order is placed.

Do you do wholesale? 
Yep! Just message me with your store name and location and I'll get back to you with account and ordering details.
